Patio
- Rootop open patio is a building common area, and does not belong to NomadsLand. We ask that you use it with consideration and deference with others, as some of them are apartment owners themselves. Guests should make a special effort to keep common building areas such as this one neat and clean to avoid complaints from other building residents.
- Rooftop patio has a BBQ grill, table with chairs, and outdoor sofas, all available for use.
- Rootop is also available for parties. Permission is needed to hold these: please contact House Manager so that he can obtain permission from building administration. Date, planned party hours, and guest list are needed.
Co3 Private Area
- The area behind the glass stained door is exclusive for NomadsLand Guests. No other building residents are expected to use it. Visitors of our Guests are welcome, as long as they are accompanied by current Guests.
- The key is located in the entrance of the 401 apartment, behind the main entrance door
- Parties in this section are allowed in this area only with permission of the House Manager, please.
Cinema Room
- In the Cinema Room, we have a Projector with Amazon Fire TV and 7.2 Yamaha Surround Sound Hi Fi System
- Please be careful, considerate and neat with the brand new sofas and chairs recently installed there
- This is a no shoes area, please
Kitchen & Dining with Coffee Bar
- We have a rooftop kitchen fully equipped with everything for cooking and entertaining
- Attached is a dining area for 6-8 people
- Coffee bar with multiple machines for drinks and ice cream
Yoga Area and Games
- We also have a Yoga area with mats
- A Ping-pong table
- And a Connect4 game
Gym
- Gym is full equipped with a Cycle, Treadmill, Smith Cage, Weight Lifting Stations, and Bench press
- We also installed Bluetooth enabled speakers, separate from the Cinema Room audio system
- Please be very careful with spare parts, such as the treadmill’s safety magnet and don't separate it from the machine, as it can get easily lost and cause a problem, as without it the treadmill will not work.
Cleaning and Upkeep
1. There is a trash can in the Rooftop. Please don't toss any cigarette filters or other small litter into the plants or anywhere other than the trash can.
2. Please wipe surfaces used with rags found inside the bar drawer to prevent damage, as Rooftop surfaces are not cleaned as often as those inside the apartment.
3. Please put back anything that you take immediately after use. This is the only way in which we can have this free, open honor system to provide you what you need when you need it without having to request and wait for it
