We’re a small family business team (mom, son, daughter-in-law) with ample experience renting furnished properties in Mexico, specifically to expats.  As we saw the rise of the digital nomad trend, particularly after the pandemic, we realized that unwarranted assumptions, old business models, and stale layouts needed to be replaced with new thinking based on the needs and aspirations of a new generation of young, empowered professionals bent on discovering the world in sync with their portable jobs.  Much hard work and multiple iterations yielded our new concept of NomadsLand® and our first property “Co3” (early 2023).  Our guests are happy with our initial results, and it shows!  Just read our reviews on Airbnb!
