Location, location, location.

This place has it all.
Right next to two beautiful parks, lots of restaurants and a big grocery store.

The apartment amenities are exactly as described and very clean and accessible.

The room was clean and comfortable.

I would stay at Shu's place again without hesitation.

This location is delightful for walkability to activities, places to eat and to just pass time outside taking in daily life.
Great situation for remote workers - the coworking space had great amenities like large monitors and headphones and pretty reliable wifi for video calls and streaming.
There isn't a private space in the coworking space for calls (though there is a dedicated phonebooth, it is not soundproof).
We had great folks in the building who didn't mind me taking calls in the shared space throughout the workday.
You can also use the dedicated desk space in the rooms too for private call time.

Staff are really kind and responsive if you need help with anything. The kitchens are well equipped and we cooked often.

Stayed for about a week.

Had a lot of work and meetings so didn’t get to use all the spaces but met a few people and they were all friendly.

WiFi was fast and communication was faster.

Would definitely come back 🙂

Location Location Location!!! This is in an amazing location in Hipódromo very close to Parque Mexico.
There’s so much to do here and see. The 24 hour security guards are very nice and helpful. The ladies that come to clean are always very nice and the common areas are cleaned I think 5 days a week. Bedrooms once a week.
In House washer and dryer which is a big deal. Super nice to have to two big kitchens and previous guests leave their spices and pantry items so there’s plenty of items you can use. Tupperware etc.
Jhonatan (who manages the day to day) really goes out of his way to solve anything that may come up and he’s super quick to respond.
The rooftop is amazing and has great wifi. It was my favorite place to take private meetings.
Great wifi in the coworking area and rooftop.
I made amazing friends there! It was such a great way to meet people and I was so incredibly grateful that they are dog friendly since I travel with my dog. He’s very social and loved coliving.

Great neighbourhood and great building with friendly staff.
The co-working space was great too.

La Condesa feels like and international city, so it was very easy to navigate with only limited Spanish.
It was also nice to have a little community at the airbnb when traveling alone.
But it’s also very easy to keep to yourself.

I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment!
First - as I arrived early, they were kind enough to let me store my bags in the apartment until it was ready for me. And then it was ready early!

The host was the most helpfully communicative host I’ve literally ever had in all my stays with Airbnb!

The apartment was absolutely perfect…and the neighborhood is the absolute best in all of CDMX.

Even the vibe of building surpassed all of my expectations. I almost didn’t even want to write this review, as I go to CDMX often, and I want it to be available whenever I come back!

Do yourself a favor and book it if it’s available…or don’t, and leave it for me again! :)

I had a great time at Co3!
It was a great location. Jhonatan was extremely responsive at all times and very helpful.

It was nice to just rock up to the coliving space with everything provided - laundry machine, full kitchen, rooftop terrace, cleaning service, social time with housemates etc in one convenient place!

Also you have supermarkets and cute cafes galore nearby, can't ask for more!

The location is absolutely unbeatable.

Combine that with the rooftop, jacuzzi, coworking with actually good internet-you’ve got an undeniably great option.

Jhonatan was super attentive to any issues I had, as well.

The only thing I’ll call out for other remote workers is the “phone booths” aren’t actually private or sound proofed. But you can simply take calls in the desk at your room.

Had a great stay here at Co3.
Jhonathan communicated with me before I even got to CDMX - by the time I landed, all the instructions were there. They even accepted a package for me that was delivered before I got to the location.
The room itself was perfect - the bed was comfy, memory foam pillows, AC, plenty of space for all my luggage and clothes.
The coworking space+ kitchen has everything you need to eat, work, be productive.

Oh and the location - so many great bakeries, a bookstore with a restaurant, legit taco shops. I only really used the kitchen for morning smoothies because I couldn’t resist trying a new bakery or restaurant each day!

The other co-residents are so friendly, and we made hangout plans!
The best part was how considerate Jhonathan was to my requests for things to make my stay more comfortable. He always went above and beyond.
The security staff are also friendly, and it was nice to know there was security at the entrance 24/7 as a solo female traveler.

I really enjoyed the week that I spent at Co3. It's a very convenient accommodation for anyone who is doing remote work. You got all you need to feel comfortable when you rest as well as everything you need to be productive while you work.

The location is simply unbeatable. My main challenge was deciding which coffee or restaurant to go to - there's just too many great places all packed within that small neighbourhood.

Jhonatan (the co-host / manager) is super responsive and attentive to every single request or question. The best part about staying at Co3 is that you get to mingle with the other guests. The Coliving & Coworking part of Co3 naturally allows to create connections with the other guests and you'll get to share great moments with them.

If I would have found Co3 before booking my flights, I would have definitely extended my stay to spend more time at Co3!

Absolutely loved my stay! I was working remotely here for 3 weeks and wish I could extend my stay.

My favorite part is being able to make friends with others so easily.

It’s also great that the drinking water is triple filtered, the cleaners come every week, and the host is super responsive!

Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to live, work remotely and make new friends.

The host was super responsive. I really liked the co-working space with blazing fast internet (for real), was super helpful for working remotely - it was the best setup out of the airbnbs I've stayed at for productivity.

Couldn’t have ask for a better stay. They’ve simply nailed it. For anyone looking to co-work this place checks all the boxes.

The location is the best in the city being right next to the hippodrome.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the work desks have more than you’d expect.

Any questions or concerns you might have during your stay are always addressed immediately and with care so don’t hesitate to book a stay here. I can’t wait to go back.

This co-living spot in Condesa, Mexico City, is a great find.

It’s in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the area.

The people here, from the other guests to the staff, are super friendly and make you feel at home.
The host is really good at keeping in touch, answering any questions fast and making sure everything runs smoothly. I had a great time and definitely plan on coming back.

Very good space to be able to work and have a very comfortable and clean stay.

Jhonatan was always very responsive and quick attentive. The room is as advertised, very spacious and with a very clean private bathroom.

The work rack complies with everything what the description says, and the large monitor serves a lot to work.

The coexistence with the other guests is very good and all are friendly,
I would definitely stay in CO3 again!!

This place is uniquely suited to remote working travellers. The coworking space and work stations do the trick and provide a space to meet other like minded people.

The upstairs rooms provide a little solitude and remove when you want to recharge.

It's excellent for solo travellers who don't want to do everything solo. There's a shared group chat on that makes it easy to rally a crew for dinner, or whatever you want to get up to.

Condesa is one of the world's great neighborhoods. I plan on coming back.

My word this was a fantastic stay. I had the pleasure of staying at the Co3 for 3 months and it was one of the best decisions of my life.

In staying at the Co3, not only are you getting a wonderful location and amenities, but you’re opening yourself up to living with some of the best friends you’ve ever had the privilege of knowing.
Don’t speak Spanish? Not a problem at all because you’ll have someone in the group who does.
This place speaks for itself the moment you get there, because you’re bound to find that one of the guests has already stayed there before and elected to return for a second or even third stint. BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s the right choice

Shu and Jhonathan's place was great! It's so convenient to Condesa and has a ton of extra amenities (roof, kitchen, co working space) that make this such a great place to stay.

I appreciate the hosts' flexibility and communication and hope to come back and stay here for longer next time I am back in CDMX!

Overall great. 5 stars for the location, 24 hour doormen, roof deck and apartment itself.

There is a very active group chat going with everyone living there, so nice to have a built-in community.

Also great they gave me a free night because of a room switch. Though I do wish a host was there to show me around when I arrived. It’s a futuristic apartment with apps and codes that operate the different areas of the building. Took me a while to get it. Overall worth it

I love the big computer screens in the work space, with a nice blender, a coffee machine, a water heater for tea and a gym space with jacuzzi and nice views in the rooftop this place was ideal for productive work and visiting.

Internet super fast! Cleaning and maintenance services were outstanding. Bathroom clean and a great space, even when shared it worked well because it was really well designed. Shower hot and strong. My bedroom had a huge window, with an opening to outdoor for ventilation and a small desk and a nice view to the back of a main avenue. Window let the sun in, which was nice and warm and was great in January. Washer and drier.
Best location: next to a hypodrome park, quiet residential lots of cute places to eat, do yoga or buy organic groceries. About 35 min Uber from Zocalo (centro), 10 min ride to Frida Kahlo museum and walk to Castle.

I was lucky with my roommates too!

Highly recommend this place for any remote workers or digital nomads.
Jhonatan is a very responsive host and sends almost daily updates. The place looks just like the photos and has all the amenities you need. The location is great, with many cafes, restaurants, and a Walmart supermarket one block away which is very convenient.

Totally amazing place.
Perfect way to have a coliving.
It’s basically like having 5 great roommates in a new city. Big enough to have your own moments, but small enough to bond with everyone.

This is an amazing digital nomad space. absolutely everything you could need and close to beautiful parks and countless restaurants.

They are beyond organized, clean, and responsive. This place is run with the accuracy of a Swiss clock. I have already booked another stay and will make this my regular spot until I find my own apartment when I return next year.

I echo the previous reviews. Great stay with very responsive hosts. The place is very clean and well maintained, just as described and per the pictures.

I was able to get lots of work done at the coworking space and met some great and respectful guests.

The location in Mexico City is fantastic, a very walkable and safe neighbourhood with lots and lots of great restaurants, cafes, shops, stores, markets and parks.

Very recommended and I would stay there again.

Nomadsland is a really cool spot.
It's big, spacious and the workspaces are amazing. The photos are accurate.

The best part is the sense of community between all the guests.

I met some really cool people that have now become friends.

It's an awesome location, great wifi, easy to work from, and the host is super communicative.

This was a very unique airbnb stay, it was great to have access to a cowork space, living area, laundry, and kitchen in such a nice part of town.

Everyone that was there in the other rooms during our stay was respectful and friendly. The only issue at the time I stayed (June ’23) was the small hot water tank for the shower, but I think there are plans to install a larger one.

The owner was very communicative and immediately addressed any issues we brought up, and you can tell they really want to make the space special and comfortable, and succeeded!

This is my 2nd stay at CO3. This room is a bit bigger than my previous room and has a private bathroom, which is nice.

The location is perfect, right next to Parque Mexico and lots of great cafes & restaurants. The view from the rooftop is really beautiful.

Having a co-working space in the apartment is really convenient. The large monitors and office chairs make it easy to stay productive.

There were usually 3-5 other guests and everyone got along well. Guadalupe cleaned the common areas a couple of times a week so it was always clean.

Everyone has their own cabinets & section of the fridge so it's easy to cook your own meals.

Shu's remote working complex is truly A class,
you will find everything you need to keep your work going with a Pro workstation and lightning-speed connection.

The complex is well equipped with everything you need from a well-stocked kitchen to a coffee maker, the roof has a spectacular view with a Jacuzzi and a gym section to work out, I would definitely recommend this place a true value for your money!

Finally, the customer service is top class always communicating and providing you with anything you need, I truly enjoyed my stay thanks again :)

This ended up being an extended stay for the obvious reasons! Absolutely fell in love with this place.

Shu and co-hosts were extremely accommodating to my situation and needs, which is one of the reasons I was welcomed to stay longer. I met like-minded individuals and was able to get my work done in a very pleasant environment.

Very grateful for this new and improved concept to co-living/working in Mexico. I will definitely be returning and 10/10 recommend to everyone that is a digital nomad, or even striving to be.

I had a very nice experience here. I have stayed in a few shared accommodations on airbnb in CDMX, and this was definitely the most pleasant out of them all.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a lot of nice amenities.

The house rules (which were reasonable and sensible) were clearly communicated when I arrived, and the common spaces were all kept clean and tidy by all the guests and the housekeeper, who was also welcoming and friendly.

I would be happy to stay again here in the future!

I had a great stay. I was very comfortable at the Higo room (with private bathroom, which also has the benefit that it faces inwards, so temperature is comfortable all day).

I was more productive than I could be anywhere else. Working at my desk alongside the rest of the gang which is encouraging, while everyone had a lot of space.

Kitchen was very convenient for cooking and importantly there was an espresso machine. Oh, and water filters!

Beautiful view from the rooftop, a fun place to relax. And the location was perfect, very central - close to many awesome restaurants and cafes in Condesa and very close to a large park and the Roma neighborhood (for more restaurants!). It really is a good location.

Warmly recommended for the digital nomad or just a long-stay visitor. I miss it already.

What a great experience! The space is brand new and the owners have really invested to make it comfortable and functional. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive to guest feedback.

I especially enjoyed the variety of settings where I could easily alternate between finding privacy or socialization.

Shared spaces can quickly fall into chaos but the owners have countered this with clear labeling for kitchen and other storage plus a sensible list of courtesy guidelines.

The amount of storage options is incredible and ideal for someone needing a longer stay. The kitchens are very well stocked for normal cooking needs, and the rooftop patios are incredible - one covered, the other open air.

During my stay there were 5 guests in the other rooms plus a very respectful dog, but I never felt crowded. All chill working professionals who were friendly, quiet and respected the space.

One item to note - the portable cooling unit in the room is an evaporative cooler not a full AC unit.

You'll find yourself surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops, so you'll never have to worry about going hungry or thirsty. And with a supermarket just a short distance away, you'll have everything you need to stock up on groceries and essentials.

The co-working space, you'll appreciate the attention to detail that's been put into creating a truly exceptional experience. The space is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get work done.

The large monitor and noise-cancelling headphones will help you stay on task, while the fans keep you cool and comfortable all day long.

Last but certainly not least, we have to give a shoutout to the host's son. He's a phenomenal guy who's gone above and beyond to ensure that every guest has the perfect stay. Whether it's arranging for special requests or simply being available to answer any questions he's a text message away.

The perfect place for anyone looking for somewhere to work and live. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and coffee shops, supermarket close by, 2 parks within walking distance.

The co-working space is excellent with plenty of space, a large monitor, fans, noice cancelling headphones etc. Everyone is super friendly and I don’t think it’s possible to find an experience like this anywhere else.

The host’s son is a great guy, and has done everything possible to make this the perfect experience for guests down to the smallest of details.

There is a cleaner who comes twice a week so everything is always relatively tidy and clean. I highly recommend this place, excellent value for money and overall exactly what I was looking for.

Hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed on. It has the best location you can ask for in La Condesa, with walking distance to EVERYTHING and safe at all times.

Its roof top has an amazing view and is perfect to work, chill and bbq! And let's not forget about the HOT TUB!

The room is very private and comfortable with lots of natural light. The coworking space is perfect, with 900+ MBPS (Ethernet), 450MPBS (wireless), designated workstation with huge screen and noise cancelling headphones.

What made the stay exceptionally special was the community and the host Johnathan (Shu's son). Johnathan went above and beyond to make sure that everything was more than perfect with a one-of-a-kind attention to detail. He is a kind and incredibly generous person. Johnathan also made an amazing job at choosing the guests. In no time I had made amazing friends with whom I would cowork, go out for drinks, watch movies and hangout! Community is the name of the game and Co3 has the best one.

Summary: Book this place for value w/out anxiety or concern.

About me: I'm in my early 40s, working remotely, I like walkable locations, and I am specific about the amenities of the places where I stay. And with my job - I seek to be close to places where I can work from my laptop, such as coffee shops and local coworking spaces.

I have stayed in over ten locations in the past 18 months and Shu's place was one of the best decisions I've made. I am excited to have had the opportunity to live in such a nice building, with nice rooms, a beautiful rooftop, and an amazing coworking space.

They've created an interesting concept that provides a small group community vibe of like-minded folks seeking to work, but also enjoy and soak in the city.

Nice rooms, nice mattresses, and a clean home give you everything you need. Work hard // Play responsibly. I've shared with friends and those interested in the property - Your boss will eagerly approve of this place as your remote office.
