Building Security
1. The building has 24x7 entrance surveillance and security. Security guards will register all guests upon check-in, and note their final departure after checkout.
2. Security guards keep a registry of people who enter and leave the building on a daily basis, including visitors (those who come visit our guests).
3. Individual security guards cannot take requests/orders from guests or have individual communication with them. All matters should be addressed through the House Manager.

Personal Safety
1. You'll have an In-Room Fan at a safe distance from your head; still, please be very careful not to climb somewhere and somehow hit your head with it.
2. You'll need to go up a flight in the staircase to reach your bedroom; please climb the stairs with care, as it has no handlebar.
3. Locking your bedroom is always a good idea, especially at night.

Securing Your Belongings
1. We have configurable combination lockers for your coworking studio locker. The Mango, Zarzamora, Frambuesa and Melocotón bedrooms also have configurable combination locks inside (Aguacate, Arándano, Castaña, Avellana, and Macadamia currently do not).
2. Any guest can request to have a designated locker in the Coworking Studio area.
3. We have a general safe box when you can store passports or valuables during your stay, and retrieve them upon departure. Please request House Manager if you need to store any item there.

Using Combination Lockers
1. To learn how to configure these combination locks, see instruction sheet below. (House Manager will need to know the combination in order to reset the lock in case you forget to do it upon your departure.)
2. Please don't forget to reset your lock to “0000” upon your departure, as otherwise, it may cause problems for the next guest.
3. Co3, the House Manager, or building security cannot be held responsible for any missing, lost or forgotten items in your bedroom, the apartment or the building at large.

Drinking Water
1. We have three levels of water purification: first from the entirety of the building, second from individual filters in kitchen sinks, and third the Unilever water purifier on the kitchen of apt 202
2. Guests on the second floor need to make sure to drink water from the Unilever water purifier on the kitchen of apt 202 or the dispenser in the refrigerators on the kitchen of apt 201
3. Guests on the fourth floor need to make sure to drink water from the dispenser in the refrigerators on the kitchenette of apt 401

In Case of Harassment
1. Harassment of any type is not tolerated at Co3. Anyone deemed to have engaged in it will be made to leave the apartment.
2. If you feel someone may have said or done something offensive inadvertently, please let the House Manager know so that he can ask that person to not do it again.
3. If you feel someone may have said or done something offensive on purpose or repeatedly, contact House Manager immediately so that the appropriate measures can be taken.

In Case of Elevator Malfunction
1. If elevator is out of service, use the external staircase. Make sure to wear regular sole shoes as the staircase is made of mesh-like metal in which heels may get stuck.
2. If you are stuck inside the elevator, ring alarm bell repeatedly to get on-site aid from building security, and at text or call House Manager immediately. If unable to reach him through the regular WhatsApp channel, try his personal number in Boston: +1 617 775 9516.
3. If you’re unable to reach House Manager, please call building administrator at +52 55 5457 7507 (Dr Germán Luna). Please do not call Dr Luna until you have repeatedly tried to reach our House Manager.

In the Event of Earthquake
1. The Condesa/Roma neighborhoods in CDMX are seismic sensitive zones. With this in mind, the Nuevo León 112 building was built with excess precaution and a solid engineering foundation. However, we cannot be held responsible for any liability as a consequence of an earthquake occurring while you are inside the building.
2. In such case, briskly put on regular sole shoes and proceed to the exterior staircase all the way down to the lobby, going out the front door, and away from the building. Do not use the elevator.
3. Keep in mind that most other buildings in the neighborhood are older or were built with weaker foundations from ours, so heading towards Parque México during a quake is likely your safest bet. Once you are in a safe zone, please text or call House Manager immediately to account for your safety.

In the Event of Fire
1. The building counts with fire extinguishers on every floor. They are located in the exterior staircase facing west, on the opposite side of Co3.
2. In such case, briskly put on regular sole shoes and proceed to the exterior staircase all the way down to the lobby, going out the front door, and away from the building. Do not use the elevator.
3. Once you are in a safe zone, please text or call House Manager immediately to account for your safety.

First Aid Kit and Covid Tests
1. We have a first aid kit in the color baskets inside mesh cubes between the staircase and the kitchen on the 201-side.
2. We also have masks, and other Covid-related items in those color baskets.
3. If you have a medical emergency, please contact House Manager immediately.
