What to Know Before Arrival

Check-In

1. Welcome to Co3! We're looking forward to your arrival; some (not all) check-in information is available on your Airbnb app, so please confirm that we have the best number for text/whatsapp as we will reach out to you a shortly prior to your arrival to provide you with important details.

2. We will also be adding you to the Co3 Guest Group Chat on Whatsapp for the duration of your stay. We use it for all sorts of day-to-day announcements and requests.

3. Please take a look at our House Manual, to become acquainted with our community’s rules, as well as to get the most out of your stay with us: https://www.nomadsland.land/housemanual.

2. Fill out a check out survey at http://nomadsland.land/checkout.

3. Please fill out the Airbnb Review as well.

Visitors Policy

1. Day Visitors are welcome but must register with building security upon entry. They will have access to all areas of the apartment and the Roof Garden. Guests must come downstairs to pick up their Visitors at the building lobby, as security guards will not allow them into the building on their own.

2. One night Visitors are also welcome but must be registered as such with building security to be allowed to stay overnight.

3. Guests planning to have Visitors more than one night (two nights during weekends) must notify the host or Co3 House Manager soon after reservation and provide the visitor's name, arrival and departure. More than two nights Visitors would need to be officially accounted for as a second guest within the listing.

Sec4

Pets Policy

1. House pets are welcome in the apartment as long as they are calm and neat, and dont disturb other guests or other pets within the apartment. Plans to bring in a pet must be notified during the time of reservation.

2. Pets must be overseen by owners 24x7 and cannot be left alone inside the bedroom or the apartment more than a few minutes for errands or other short periods of time

3. Any mess or damage must be immediately fixed by the pet owner. We reserve the right to reject the stay of any pet at any time.

Sec5

Parking Policy 

1. We offer free parking for one car within premises, but it’s limited and subject to availability. Visitors of guests cannot use the parking lot.

2. Only small and medium cars can park, as it’s a small and narrow, difficult to maneuver inside.

3. We are not responsible for any damage to guest cars, or for any lost/stolen items within our parking facilities.

Sec6

Smoking Policy 

1. No smoking/vaping is permitted inside of the apartment or any of the rooms, including those with balconies.

2. Smoking/vaping is permitted in Roof Garden areas as long as no litter is left behind. Smoking guests must use ashtrays, and ensure that ashes dont fall on cars in parking lot directly below.

3. We ask that you comply if asked to not smoke/vape in front of other guests, despite being in open or common areas of the building.

Sec7

Lending/Subletting Policy

1. A guest cannot lend, sublet or otherwise allow any other person to use their bedroom in their absence.

2. A guest cannot allow another guest, whether it's incoming, current or departing, to stay in their bedroom during any period of absence.

3. A guest cannot grant any kind of permission to any other person to stay overnight in any of the common areas of the apartment.

Sec8

Critical Community Etiquette

1. Cleaning staff DO NOT wash or dry dishes; guests do. Wash all dishes, cups and utensils in the kitchen sink of where they came from after use, and leave them in the drying rack for cleaning staff to put them back in their cabinet three times per week. It’s critical that you clean up after using the kitchen, as neglecting even seemingly unimportant details can cause friction between guests, unnecessarily making everyone’s experience at Co3 less enjoyable.

2. Similarly be mindful when using coffee machine and other commonly used equipment. Clean up after use, and place coffee pot, and blender glass, etc. in their place after use.

3. We've never had any problems with two-person bathrooms. All our guests have used as they would in their own homes, and been extremely neat and considerate with the one neighbor they share it. Please help us keep this proud record intact.

Sec9

Current Guest WhatsApp Chat

1. Shortly before check-in, you will be added to Co3's “Current Guest” WhatsApp chat group, where you’ll be welcomed into the apartment and the other guests.

2. Any guest can message this chat group, and is also the means by which the Co3 House Manager shares relevant news with everyone. There are messages there almost daily. Needless to say, inappropriate comments of any sort are not welcome, will be deleted, and their author removed from the chat group.

3. On check out day, we say goodbye and remove from it outgoing guest’s phone number.

Sec10

Your Bedroom Digital Key 

1. Download the WYZE app into your phone and register with your email address.

2. Text the House Manager that same email address (ideally via WhatsApp) at +52 55 1923 4598 so that he can send you the digital key to your bedroom door.

3. He will then enable that you control your bedroom's smart lock through the WYZE app (we don't give out physical keys).
